"A/C did a good job keeping the room comfortable. My biggest issue was only one complimentary bottle of water??? Seems like a cheap-out thing. Also the trash can next to the toilet was half full when getting in to the room. But, they did manage to charge for the two bottes of water used from the minibar. The restaurant is decent and the comp breakfast was adequate. Pool area was nice. I'd stay again."

"Amazing place. Communication was on point. The attention that Gabriel provided us as our host is unbeatable. The apartment was super clean, fully equipped and with important details that were not taken for granted. From a beautiful well written welcome card to some “cafecito” on the house, I can’t praise enough the level of service received in our stay. We will definitely be coming back to this apartment if we need to go back to Santiago (It’s within reasonable driving time from everything). And I will also make sure to check out the other properties this super host, Gabriel, has. "

"Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Unfulfilled Promises My experience was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor from the start. The location was very difficult to find, and upon arrival, the security staff had no information about our booking. We tried calling the person in charge multiple times, but he never answered. Even the security guard attempted to contact him with no success. Despite showing the booking details to security, we were left waiting at the gate for three hours. As newcomers to the country with no local contacts, this was incredibly stressful. Eventually, we had no choice but to book a room at the Marriott hotel, which cost us $395 for just one night. Later, when we called the number again, someone finally answered. I asked why we hadn’t received the room number, gate code, or key information. He falsely claimed he had sent it via WhatsApp. When I asked for proof, he admitted he hadn’t actually sent anything and apologized for not answering the phone. He promised a $100 refund, which we never received. When we finally did see the property, it was in poor condition: • No hot water • The place had a strong, unpleasant odor • The bed had hair all over it from a previous guest • Overall, it was unhygienic and not welcoming I absolutely do not recommend this place. The experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and a waste of time and money. "
