"This hotel is a hidden gem with helpful and friendly staff. Feels like a b&b with cooked breakfast, games area for adults and kids. The staff went above and beyond - helping us with transport to our next destination, making calls (in Japanese) and driving us to our shuttle connection. Rooms were comfortable and warm. It’s about 10mins from the town centre but they do offer pick up and drop offs from the train, and it makes it quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend! "

"Absolutely stunning hotel and the service was top notch. We came here to get away from Tokyo this is our first visit to this area and this hotel was amazing! We were greeted immediately and checked in, the staff also speak English and were very nice to us. They have a ton of items you can rent from board games to flat irons.
