"Hotel room is dirty. Breakfast is mediocere. Hotel staff wouldn't exchange cash for change for the laundry. They charge for every little thing including printing. The water pressure was very low and it would go from burning hot to cold and back and forth in the matter of seconds. Beds were not comfortable. Over all after 3 weeks in thailand this was our worst stay and the most expensive. Keep look for something better. "

"Service at this hotel was next to none, the hotel manager checked on us daily and even went out of his way to take me to the pharmacy after I was stung by jellyfish after a day on the beach. The hotel staff were absolutely outstanding. The room was so comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a long stay and it felt so homey. The view on the rooftop is incredible and the pool is huge, the smaller jetted pool on the ground floor was just as nice. The breakfast buffet was so delicious, and the restaurant food was so good I ordered room service several times during my stay. Between the beauty of Phuket and the amazing hotel stay we decided to extend our stay. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. "
