The sea view room on the top floor was great. Big space, nice bed, big terrace and big bathroom with bath tub and shower room separate. Hotel garden it is nice, though can be noisy sometimes as next to busy road, resort. Staff are nice and kind. Breakfast was alright.

Excellent stay. The staff were professional and very friendly. The accommodation was outstanding, spacious and comfortable. The facilities such as pool, gym, dinning areas etc was in great condition and well maintained. Hotel is situated in great location with a short stroll to Kata beach and restaurants and shops. Highly recommend and can’t wait for next trip back to Thailand and stay at Chanalai Flora Resort.

Great stay! Amazing staff! Very helpful, kind and went above and beyond! When we had som trouble with our AC they fixed it immediately and we got a voucher for 2 complimentary cocktails. Breakfast was great! The Thai dishes and omelette station was so delicious! The location was perfect, very calm and quiet, just ant the end of Kata beach. Just a short walk to the beach and about 20 min walk to the night market, a nice evening walk. We absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely come back!

A perfect 4 night stay!

Fantastic facilities that were centrally located, exceptionally clean and well maintained. But perhaps the best part of the stay was the staff who was always there to make sure you were happy and informed. The front desk man named Sky was always smiling and made sure we were being well taken care of. We look forward to another stay at this exceptional hotel.

This hotel is located about 7 minutes from the beach. The pools are beautiful. The food is mediocre, but it’s a short walk to many restaurants. The “deluxe” room is small, but we upgraded to a much larger room with a view which was great.
