"Our Lady Host was AMAZING - she spoke great English, was very classy and paid attention to every detail. MOST OF ALL she simply wanted to ensure we had an amazing stay and enjoyed Salzburg. You will NOT find better communication or service anywhere else in Europe. We will return to Salzburg and will ONLY stay at Townhouse Weisses Krenz!!!"
"Excellent property and wonderful hosts. The location is great as well, close enough to easily walk to old town but not so busy for a good night’s rest. "
"Hotel Sacher Salzburg is a gem in the old city, perfectly perched along the river with stunning views. The elegant rooms blend classic charm with ultimate comfort, making it a memorable stay. A sweet highlight was the famous Sacher Torte, gifted to us upon arrival—a delicious touch of tradition."
"Absolutely stunning property with amazing views. The best and most catering staff I have ever experienced at a hotel. Easily joined the top 3 best hotels either my wife or I have ever experienced. Wish we had more time!"
"Receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. Helped with navigating public transit and always greeted us with a smile. Great breakfast and large comfortable room."
"The property was in a quiet residential area yet so close to the old town via bus just 100 metres down the road or 15-20 minute walk on a beautiful walking path. Eva was a wonderful host who showed us through our apartment on check in and gave us some valuable tips. We also utilised the upstairs laundry for a small fee which was most appreciated after a couple of weeks living out of our suitcases. Would highly recommend this place"

"Friendly Staff at reception, breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Room was clean and property overall well looked after. Off site parking nearby handy also. Would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg. "
"The building was perfectly located without knowing both my tours had pick up sites right outside the door
Being able to make coffee in the morning in my room was very nice and having a washer Shane and(free soap included) was an extra bonus"
"We only stopped one night on our way to the Dolomites - but the hotel couldn't be in a more central location. We drove, but if you take the train, it is literally right outside the main doors of the train station. "
