The property was in a quiet residential area yet so close to the old town via bus just 100 metres down the road or 15-20 minute walk on a beautiful walking path. Eva was a wonderful host who showed us through our apartment on check in and gave us some valuable tips. We also utilised the upstairs laundry for a small fee which was most appreciated after a couple of weeks living out of our suitcases. Would highly recommend this place

We loved it here so much. The service was wonderful- above and beyond. The place was cozy and beautiful. We even chose to stay in one night and have a family dinner because we were so happy there. Cannot recommend more.

Great place, great location, great host.

A great place to stay. Having the space of a small apartment was so refreshing in the world of small European hotel rooms. The location was amazing. 25 minute walk to the old downtown and 45 to the train terminal. A great feeling of the "country suburbs" and just far enough away from town to be relaxing. We enjoyed just walking the quiet streets. Eva was a wonderful host.

Eva is an excellent host, she presented the property very well and we love the personal touch: fresh flowers and fruits, nothing more you can ask for after a day of travel. The apartment is in excellent condition, close to old town and just a short walk to the supermarket. If I go back to Salzburg again, I will definitely come back to Sauerweingut.

We loved the extra space, nice kitchen, bathroom, and wonderful large bed. Eva was there when we needed her and so helpful/kind. They brought a bottle of champagne for my birthday! Totally unexpected. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This property is in a great location for sightseeing and relaxation. Elisabeth was great! The only minor issue that I had, was that I rented the studio and I’m 6’4” tall. I hit my head a few times, but that was quickly forgotten once I went on the roof deck and viewed the mountains during my morning coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed and the water pressure in the shower was great. There was also a corner bathtub in the bathroom. If you are on a sightseeing trip to Salzburg, I recommend this property. There is everything that you need including laundry, electrical adapters and board games. They also provided a guide to everything that you could want or need in Salzburg to include grocery stores, gas stations and recreation trails. If you want to bicycle around town, they provide bicycles as well. We will be staying there again the next time we are in Salzburg.

Super herzlicher Empfang und tolles Apartment. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber, es fehtl an nichts. Wir würden sofort wieder hier wohnen wollen wenn wir Salzburg besuchen.

The property was spotless. It had everything we needed and more. It was a luxury apartment which was home from home. It was a great location to explore Salzburg and the surrounding area. Elisabeth who owns the property went above and beyond. She met us on arrival and was always contactable if we needed her. I would highly recommend this property as you wont find better.

Die Zimmern sind sehr stilvoll und mit Liebe ausgestattet. Die Küche ist eingerichtet, Geschirr ist vorhanden, auch TEE, Kaffee usw. ruhige Lage. Wir wurden von der Besitzerin sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie war auch sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Zum Stadtzentrum kommt man gut zu Fuß hin.

Deluxe Suite was on the ground floor through the green door in the photo. It felt a bit like being in the basement. The property was fabulously clean, spacious, and well maintained. There is a bit of road noise.

nice place if you don't mind the 2km distance

very nice place, well equipped, comfortable size, everything is new and nice. it's a quiet area, >2km far from city center, and only few restaurants around, so it's not easy walking distance to reach. but it's close to the castle.

Roomy and charming in Salzburg

Stayed in one of 1 bd units. Nice welcome favors (water and chocolates). About 20 min walk from the main thoroughfare. Bus stop is 10 min away. Would stay again.

Perfekt ist schon fast wie dahoam ;-)

Unterkunft ist Top (Selbstversorger), man hat eine Küche, ein Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer, Flur und Wohnzimmer. Ich spreche hier von der Private Suite 1, für 2 Nächte. Es ist alles sehr Neu (stand 12.07.2018), sehr sauber da können sich manche 3 Sterne Hotels eine Scheibe abschneiden. Wlan (denke es war eine 50K Leitung von der Geschwindigkeit, nicht gemessen) Netflix am TV (55 Zoll) ohne Probleme in HD nebenbei youtube keinerlei Ruckler. Küche: Töpfe, Pfanne, Teller, Besteck alles vorhanden, sogar Öl, ein Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach oben drüber. Daumen Hoch. Herd, Geschirrspühler, (keine Tabs, selbst einen oder zwei mitnehmen) was ich vermisst habe war die Mikrowelle ;-) aber wer braucht eine Mikro wenn man einen Herd hat, Backofen war auch vorhanden. Kaffeemaschiene von Nespresso 4 Pads vorhanden, Zucker ja Kaffeweiser fehlt, Tee: Ja Wasserkocher: ja Ab 19-20 Uhr wird es still in der Straße, und ab ca 05:00 fahren dann die Autos. Genug Zeit zum Erholen. Ruhige Lage. Das Schlafzimmer: ein seeeeehr bequemes Doppelbett mit Alergiker Kissen Aloevera von Amazon glaube ich (habe selbst so eins, deshalb ist es mir aufgefallen). Die Matratzen sind neu und für jemanden mit 80 kg bestens geeignet. von den qm her war das Schlafzimmer etwas klein aber völlig ausreichend. Das Badezimmer: Handtuchhalter (beheizbar) Dusche (keine Wanne) Anschluss für eine Waschmaschine vorhanden aber keine Waschmaschine, Waschbecken, Föhn, Handtücher in der Schublade unter dem Waschbecken.
