「環境清幽，設施也Ok，但是客房清潔2天做1次不OK，交通不方便只靠Uber，飲食也要走路15分鐘」

「The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a great shower. Clean and tidy and great utilities. There were a few signs of wear and tear but didn't bother us in the slightest for the price we paid. We were allowed in the apartment early due to an early flight arrival which was very kind of the owner. Obviously the pool is amazing with the best view in the city. Just be warned though the water is quite chilly but the view is worth it! The cleaning crew were polite and gracious and security...

「1) No direction on on how to operate water heater, TV (not simple turning on/ off), etc. I didn’t know we had to turn on a switch for hot water so showered in cold water the first night. 2) Residence penny pinching and provided only 1 towel per guest, with no change of towel after the 3rd day only, and only reluctantly provided an extra towel since we wanted to use the swimming pool 3) When asked to speak to a Manager the staffs only replied that their residence was not a hotel so room...

「出差時住在這裡，因為距離MITEC很近所以覺得很方便。是同一棟樓里有不同酒店的構造，Ami這一家是公寓式的，樓層比較高，所以除了房間很大很寬敞以外，還可以從落地窗遠眺。 但同時因為很高所以每次電梯都要等很久，可能是因為會展期間入住率比價高的關係。會展第一天的早餐餐廳也是需要排隊，後面幾天好很多，餐食也算不錯。 櫃檯是一個獨立空間，期間因為打印還有房間電燈問題和員工通過WhatsApp聯絡也都很順暢，維修和對應的速度都很快。 只是從這邊去KLCC區域的話會比較遠，周圍除了會展中心裡面的一些店鋪也沒有餐廳，走到最近的mall也有一定距離，建議提前下好grab做好打車的準備。 不過酒店下面的便利店（超商？）東西很齊全很方便，可以滿足日常需求沒有問題。」
