The hotel is old and room have smell of smoke, even it is a non smoking room. Near to Railway station, which is very convenient. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

不錯的商務體驗
依價格與地理位置來說CP值很高，此次為商務之旅，會考慮後面都住這家，但早餐餐廳可能就不用太高期待喔！

櫃檯服務人員很親切很耐心的回答問題，但房間的硬體設施需要加強，例如隔音、蚊子、第一次住到床邊沒有插頭可以充電的旅店😂

床感覺沒有清洗的很乾淨睡起來身體都癢癢的，隔音效果不太好，感覺很照片看到的有點落差有點小失望

大致上滿意
房宿裡面很貼心，因為疫情關係，部份也有準備免洗的，舒適乾淨。 櫃檯服務也很好，唯有餐廳服務態度略凶

訂非抽菸但一進去大廳就聞到菸味 房間也是 要求換房 他們說這是中央空調都一樣 廁所也有異味 旅館舊 早餐也很差 我們住宿過許多旅館 對金鳳凰很失望

一進大廳就瀰漫著濃濃的煙味，問了櫃檯: 你們不是禁煙嗎?回答是[我們都有宣導，但是客人不一定遵守]，這真的是很難接受的管理。根據觀察，應該是飯店也經營按時間休息的客人，所以無法強制禁煙，我們深覺受騙，他們不該聲稱他們是[禁煙房]。第二，我們原本的房間可能是休息的客人剛離開，不但房間煙味還很重，連盥洗用具都沒補上，我們要求換房，但是房間狀況並沒有比較好，隔音又差，我們睡不好，第二天早上起晚了，到餐廳9點，已經沒有吐司了，只剩下白稀飯，總結，我們的住宿經驗不好，以後也不會再住這間飯店了。

房間乾淨、空間大，很超值 早餐是粥、吐司，很簡單的菜色 隔音不是很好，會聽到隔壁房洗澡沖水聲及移動椅子聲音，晚上馬路上兩台救護車經過，聲音非常明顯，除此之外，其他都很不錯

最寄り駅がＭＲＴ鳳山駅ではなく、台鉄鳳山駅な事に騙されました。 多少、駅から距離はありますが、安価で広くて綺麗な部屋でした。 また、ペットボトルの水を４本も置いてくれてあり、助かりました。
