"Overall, great hotel. Limo stops right at hotel for easy transportation from the airport. Breakfast was decent. Beds were firm, pillows were okay. Room was dated and a bit tight for 4 people, but it was manageable. I wished they had a laundry room. Otherwise, a solid hotel. "

"The front desk were not so helpful at all. I explained to them that I tried doing an early check in reached out to them and all they wanted to do was charged me for an extra day and wouldn’t even take care of our buffet even when I explained to them that my buffet was paid for for Thursday and we have a red eye flight on Thursday at 12:45 am so customer service is not their forte it’s more on charging you for the extra day and wouldn’t budge. Love the property and the housekeepers but managers and front desk needs a little compassion and understanding when it comes to their customers needs."

"The hotel is in a nice quiet area, which is close to a sumo wrestling arena and the Edo Tokyo Museum. The staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable about any issues you may have. The breakfast included is pretty good all things considered. But the best part is definitely the gourmet restaurant on the 31st floor, especially with impressive views of the Tokyo skyline. My only complaints would be that the bathrooms are too small, but that can be fixed by getting a suite."

"Immaculate room with a super comfy bed and pillows — we slept so well! The power shower was excellent, and we loved the classic Japanese toilet (the only thing missing in our room was the heated seat, but that’s a minor detail). A really nice touch was that they provide clean pyjamas, plus a fresh toothbrush with toothpaste and a hairbrush every day — such thoughtful service! On the ground floor, there’s an incredible selection of complimentary toiletries — everything from hair bands and mouthwash to razors and face creams. Honestly, whatever you might need, they’ve got it. Breakfast was amazing too!!! They make fresh Japanese pancakes on request, and the coffee was strong and really good. 10/10. If we ever come back to Japan, we will without a doubt stay here again. Thank you ❤️"

"15 minutes from Narita. Shuttle every 15-20 minutes. Rooms small but very clean. Good hot water. Breakfast acceptable. "
