「Location was excellent and central to most of the activities around Tokyo. Will advise that the apartments next door are very close and you can hear through the walls. With regard's to conversations or people walking up and down the stairs. Our family of 4 with 2 children and 2 adults, had to be mindful with the noice level. 「Perfect place to stay if you like to spend time in Shinjuku. Convenience store, drug store, place to eat and station to transport, everything you want to do is close to this place. Room was also clean and comfortable to stay. A little bit chill inside because it's December, but we should realize that we need to wear up to warm ourselves in Japan since central heating is not common.」

「Staying at GRANQUAL Horikiri was super nice! The rooms are super clean and it's near a university and hospital, so the area is generally very safe. Horikiri Station is only a 2minute walk away, but it is a little far from the main city. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Japan!」
