Our stay at B/C APARTMENT Asakusa Hanazono Dori was wonderful. Although we didn’t use the sauna or the rental car, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and very well located, making it easy to get around Asakusa. What truly stood out was how amazing the staff were. They were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt very welcomed and would definitely recommend this place to others.

This property is nestled in the quiet back streets of Asakusa, and is very family friendly. Restaurants are everywhere, on any given street there's 2-5 restaurants to choose from. Family mart across the road. Would highly recommend staying at B/C Apartments, very clean, with updated kitchen & amenities.

We had a great stay here. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was within a 15 minute walk including the bus stop and subway line. It was a great place to stay for our vacation.

There were three bedrooms in the apartment which was fantastic for the family. We all had quality sleeps. The location was great as it was a quiet street in a popular tourist attraction area in Tokyo. Walking distance from Senso-ji, Thunder Gate, and the Nakamise /仲見世通 shopping street. However, avoid catching a cab from the airport if you can as 40 minute drive was very costly. Next time we visit Japan and stay at the apartel, we will catch the monorail to get to Asakusa, then catch a Uber. The amenities provided were above and beyond standards. We loved, especially, the feet and calf massager in the room after the long walks each day.

The room is clean and spacious, making it suitable for a large family or even two families to stay together. It's also perfect for parties with children. The facility has a new sauna, which is very comfortable, and the rental items were well-stocked!

We had an awesome experience at B/C that I felt like I had to share after reading some of the less-than-stellar reviews. We stayed in the family room during peak season with our five kids and it was great. The apartment had every amenity a family could need and more! It was spacious and well laid-out. There were games and toys in the lobby to borrow during your stay, as well as a foot massager, which was a welcome addition after a long day of walking. I was very nervous about the cleanliness of the apartment after reading some other reviews, and was completely put at ease after doing a thorough inspection upon our arrival. The apartment was spotless, and the linens, which I’m very particular about, were perfectly clean and kept. The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk to the train station, but bus 46 is literally steps away and takes you there within 4 minutes. We had no problem riding that with our large family. Overall I would not hesitate to rent the family room at B/C and would recommend it. The kids loved the children’s room and bunk beds and my husband and I loved the space and amenities for our large family. My *only* complaint was that I got a lot of confusing emails from the property about a deposit before we arrived. I clarified that the large deposit was only needed if you were using the rental car. I was also slightly frustrated that I took the time to enter all of our passport details through the link provided ahead of time, then had to do it again at check in.

The place is decent size in Japan, beds are clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is big with soaking tub. Everything you need is well prepared in this place, they even provided skin care products! And the rental car is THE BEST in this trip! Free rental for our stay, it is a very nice big mini van with free over night parking which is only half block away from the hotel!!! We are a family of 4, traveling with kids could be very hectic but stay at this place makes our trip a lot easier with children. We didn’t take any of public transportation in our Japan trip because of the use of the rental car, parking is easily find wherever we go, and the fees are not horrible compared to US, but having our own car to get around the city is big plus especially the kids can nap in the car as well! Not to mention, the lobby of the hotel provides all the essentials, the car seats, diapers, nursing pillows, baby snacks, hot pot grill, wipes, whatever you name it you can find them there! Overall this is a great place for family stay and I highly recommended this place to everyone!

Our stay in Tokyo had some positives, but overall it didn’t meet our expectations. The apartment itself was quite spacious, especially for Tokyo standards, with three bedrooms, and the location was in a nice area. The amenities were good and the space worked well for a family. Unfortunately, several issues really affected our experience. The washer/dryer combo did not work well at all and left our clothes full of lint after washing and drying. The biggest problem, however, was the beds, pillows, and bedding — they were extremely uncomfortable and ended up being the main reason our rating is so low, as it made it difficult to get good rest during our stay. We were also disappointed that the sauna required an additional fee for guests staying in the apartment, which wasn’t clearly listed beforehand. Lastly, the laminate flooring throughout the apartment was shifting and moving underfoot, which made the place feel poorly maintained. Overall, while the size of the apartment and the neighborhood were positives, the comfort and maintenance issues made the stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

The apartment suite is the whole floor and the elevator takes you to the front door of the apartment. Ebike and scooter rental is right in front of the property. Plenty of products for you stay so no need to bring or pack any toiletries.
