Great hotel. Very nice facilities, good gym, great service, good location. Walkable to everything downtown and close to drive anything else. Would definitely stay again

The property is in a great location- we stayed here to attend a concert at T-Mobile Center and enjoyed being within walking distance. However, this property does not have any markets or corner stores that most hotels have now in the lobby- just Red Wheat that closes at 3 and has a limited selection. We discovered after returning from our concert that room service and the bar stopped serving food at 11, and most restaurants around us closed at 10. We ended up having food delivered, which was expensive. There was not a microwave in the room, either. I would recommend bringing snacks or something you can eat cold if you're going out later than 10.

We stayed here last minute after a concert. The staff was amazing and even opened up the closed shop when we came down looking for late night snacks. It was pet-friendly, I’d convenient access to many places downtown and provided a gorgeous view!

We have stayed at this specific Loew’s KC four times in the past 4 years. The customer service is incredible. They truly go beyond expectations to make your stay memorable. They have nice baby cribs and provide a cute little zipper bag with baby specific Soaps, lotions, Detangler, etc. Outside of turn down service the in my opinion have better customer experience than we have at the Ritz Carlton. The pool is great and not terribly busy. The kids love it and their hot tub is spacious enough for a family or two. Their gym is awesome, peloton bikes, treadmills and weights. Location is great for families or couples, And their incredibly fast valet service makes getting in and out of the hotel easy. Restaurants are great and reasonably priced At our last stay last weekend, we had drove to Kasey for our son’s birthday. We did a tour of Arrowhead stadium, where he purchased a few souvenirs, including chiefs football. He was heartbroken and in tears when he got home and realized he had forgotten it in her room. We figured by the time to pay for shipping and go through the hassle of trying to track down the football that It was a longshot, so we honestly didn’t try. The next day my husband received an email that they had found the football and shipped it back complementary to our house! My son was ecstatic. This hotel was already our kids favorite hotel that we go to, and this just put icing on the cake for him. Needless to say you have life long customers with us. Thank you!

Everything is excellent. It would be nice to have the option to purchase a parking pass during booking process so you know how much you will be paying but it’s not the worst.

Central location with the sophistication you’d expect from a Loews property. Great checkin experience, easy connected parking experience, wonderful in house dining experience with high end options the honey goat cheese ice cream was the cherry on top! The room was spacious, clean and had everything that was needed/listed. We loved the in suite robes - a very luxurious extra touch. The pillows & beds were very comfortable. Check out was a breeze. We didn’t take advantage of the gym or pool, but with a longer stay, we would have loved to try both. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property, central to cultural and dining. Restaurant and cocktails in lobby are top notch. Self-park was full, but the front desk still honored the rate for valet, very nice.

This property is exceptional! The staff were very accommodating and super friendly. Location was perfect to be able to walk to and from restaurants, venues, etc. The fitness center is top-notch!

Very walkable to T-mobile center, very clean and friendly staff. Things i would change would be more bar tables for events so folks are not standing around..more organization for wait staff..as well as more quick bites...and appetizers...fries, chicken strips...wraps, sandwiches Quick and easy for events and folks drinking
