We have stayed at this specific Loew’s KC four times in the past 4 years. The customer service is incredible. They truly go beyond expectations to make your stay memorable. They have nice baby cribs and provide a cute little zipper bag with baby specific Soaps, lotions, Detangler, etc. Outside of turn down service the in my opinion have better customer experience than we have at the Ritz Carlton. The pool is great and not terribly busy. The kids love it and their hot tub is spacious enough for a family or two. Their gym is awesome, peloton bikes, treadmills and weights. Location is great for families or couples, And their incredibly fast valet service makes getting in and out of the hotel easy. Restaurants are great and reasonably priced
At our last stay last weekend, we had drove to Kasey for our son’s birthday. We did a tour of Arrowhead stadium, where he purchased a few souvenirs, including chiefs football. He was heartbroken and in tears when he got home and realized he had forgotten it in her room. We figured by the time to pay for shipping and go through the hassle of trying to track down the football that It was a longshot, so we honestly didn’t try. The next day my husband received an email that they had found the football and shipped it back complementary to our house! My son was ecstatic. This hotel was already our kids favorite hotel that we go to, and this just put icing on the cake for him.
