「We need self check in, this is a bit difficult for us. But the lady at the front desk is very patient to help us complete the check in procedure. We really appreciate for her help. Hotel is located in the middle of most of the sightseeing places. Castle, seafood market, shopping and Kenrokuen Garden just within walking distance. The room is big and comfortable. Toilet and bath room is separated which is very clean and tidy. No doubt we will visit stay there again next time.」
