"Excellent hotel in a great location. Rooms were large, staff were super friendly. We got off the Shinkansen and it was about 2 mins walk to the hotel which was brilliant. Lovely roof top bar, didn’t have the breakfast."

"Front desk staffs mostly do not speak English. The pocket electronic translation device did not work well. It took much effort to communicate with the staffs. Other than this, hotel is comfortable and nicely decorated. Clean rooms and perfect location."
