"Too much noise along the corridor disturbing us. The keys to the door has failed severely. The kitchen is inadequate. No hot plates for cooking. We’ve had to buy a cooker on our own. The fridge is really small and inadequate compared to what we saw when we made the booking. The staff at the desks are very friendly and helpful so also are the cleaning crew."
