Very clean and relax hotel

We absolutely loved our stay. Our room had everything we needed. The staff was amazing, I can’t compliment them enough. We looked forward to breakfast every morning, and also enjoyed a few dinners as well (the Hokkaido top sirloin was top notch!!). If ever in Furano again, we will definitely be staying here!

A hotel in the mountain but still close to town. Onsen is good.

Up to Japan's high standards, this hotel has a wonderful staff and clean rooms with great amenities.

Tucked into the trees on the side of the mountain this hotel has a great view of Furano below. Plenty of amenities in the hotel, including a very nice onsen (hot spring) and a delicious bakery. The room was very modern and comfortable and Internet was provided through a single Ethernet connection in the room. My travel router provided wifi to our devices through that Ethernet connection. There are several things to do around the hotel (golf, etc.) but the ropeway (cable car) only operates...

Our family had a wonderful stay at Fenix Furano. We stayed in a two bedroom and one bathroom apartment. It was very comfortable, clean, modern, and spacious for family of 4. The washer/dryer combo was very useful for our long travel trip. The room had a balcony with beautiful view of the city. Breakfast buffet had moderate quantity and healthy choices. Breakfast room was small yet their staff was attentive, standing and waiting to help us. This hotel will be a great accomodation for skiers...

Very convenient location. It is about a 5 min walk, through the ski resort parking lot to get to the gondola ticket office. You can almost ski to the front door by taking a trail above the gondola parking lot. You end up with maybe a 2 min walk to your front door. The bedrooms are a little tight, but the living area and loft are very spacious.

Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. Service in kitchen was good and helpful.

Our family of 6 adults and 1 infant had a wonderful time at Hotel Naturwald Furano. It was the best stay during our 12-day Hokkaido trip. The hotel staff was very helpful, accommodating, and professional. The hotel is located right next to the Kitanomine ski slope. This was really convenient when we wanted to take a break from skiing/snowboarding, rest in the warm lobby, and enjoy a complementary warm beverage. The amenities were wonderful. The onsen was excellent, relaxing, and clean. Our...

Great location, very friendly staff and the studio we stayed in was very well equipped. Loved staying here and hope to visit again next year!

Small but functional unit. Has everything you need. Just like living in an RV so don’t expect a lot of room. But well-maintained and great for a night of relaxation.

Skiing, good use of space

Very clean, and very generous and kind staff. I would absolutely stay again.

The family room was amazing! Spacious and well appointed. Beautiful view of the property and a private patio. The breakfast was top notch, the afternoon snacks were tasty and the staff was super helpful and friendly.
