「Great location, close to the airport. The hotel is somewhat hidden, I went out to get snacks and found someone looking for the hotel so I helped him out. The staff is very courteous and friendly. They had a continental breakfast ready for us in the morning and drove us to the airport when we requested it. I would recommend if planning on doing things in the city, or flying out early in the morning. 」

「A very nice stopover place close to the airport, about 8 mins walk, may not be safe after dark, but alright in daylight. The shuttle from airport is not free like some airport hotels in most of other countries. But the driver will hold a board with your name waiting for you. 「This was a disappointing stay. I decided to spend more than usual on this hotel due to the location and amenities but the amenities were lacking. The main reason I booked this hotel was due to the gym so I could continue training for my hike on Acatenango.
