「From the moment we arrived we felt safe and at home. The property has a lovely calm feel. All the staff are super helpful. Particular highlights are the cooked breakfast and the fact they serve really good coffee if you order the cafeteria. The rooms are spacious and the beds clean and comfortable. 」

「The property is in Harare City, but almost feels like in the country becasue of the lovely grounds. The staff were helpful and the food was good. The room comfortable. The shower wasn't 100% consistant with its temperature, but worked ok.」

「Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. The room we stayed in was dated but comfortable with tea/coffee/water etc. There is a nearby complex with a supermarket, bars, restaurants and cafes. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly apart from in the main restaurant which was really strange! Breakfast overall was pretty poor, it wasn’t just the service that let it down. 」

「Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. Their food is amazing, I wasn’t very keen on the breakfast but food its self is 👌. I would definitely book again &...

「We really enjoyed our stay!! The room was very comfortable and clean. We asked for a later checkout due to having a later flight and they were very accommodating to us. The staff did an amazing job and super friendly! The breakfast that is included was soo delicious too. It’s a hidden gem in Harare, definitely will be staying here again when back in town. 」
