"The hotel is nice but you do need to plan because the transfer shuttle can take a lot of time to come. They do have a great app to book the transportation so you know how long you have to wait but still you have too wait!. The girl that worked at the ski rental at the place got confused and took our ski rentals from the ski valet and placed them back so we had to get our skis again and lost pur precious ski time in the morning because of that. Other than the hotel is ok"

"Nice view, but we reserved penthouse, it was small, bed sucked, leaking shower head and I couldn’t find any ice on top 2 floors. Just worn out"
