The only detail that can be easyly improve is to give a complimentary bottle of water in the room. There is nor coffee machine or kettle so at least a bottle of water would be welcome. "this is a great place as a base for touring the town, room are cozy, staff is great. "The hotel is very nice, staff very friendly and accommodating. Transportation is questionable. I had a fall before coming and hurt my knee. Uber is not available. Tram doesn’t go everywhere. Restaurante employees in the town square are nice and called a taxi for me. This hotel was the best out of all the other hotels we stayed in, on this trip to Germany."
