Stayed here overnight as we were travelling back home. Good 4 star hotel with lovely helpful staff and very nice evening meal. hotel was clean, quiet and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice.

One mid night fire alarm activated due to some minor issues. No hotel staff was available to help the guests in this situation. Firefighters arrived after half hour latter. No apology from the hotel staff came after the firefighters arrived. Total chaos.

This was a transit hotel for us, as we've been to Dresden many times, as just needed a place near the Autobahn. As such, it met the moment. Service in the restaurant was very, very slow, unusual for Germany, we found. I had trouble even getting the bill to pay. Food very ordinary. I think in some ways we could have done better than this place for a transit hotel, and if you have the time, best to do a better search than we did.

Gutes Hotel mit Parkplatz in Autobahnnähe.

Gutes Hotel in Autobahnnähe. Alles sehr sauber und sehr freundliches zuvor kommendes Personal.Die Zimmer sind imm tip top sauber.Die Matratzen leider in mehreren Zimmern sehr sehr weich,eventuell sogar durchgelegen.Relativ gutes Frühstück ab 6:00 Uhr was aber mit 19€ etwas überteuert ist wenn man sich die Auswahl und Fülle vom Frühstücks-Buffet ansieht.

Das Frühstück hat mit einem 4 Sterne Hotel nix zu tun gehabt. 18 euro pro Person ist ein Skandal. Das Service Personal beim Frühstück bis auf eine Dame war eine Katastrophe, wir und andere Gäste haben sich ihre Tische selber fertig gemacht, An der Rezeption war man dann schon überfordert bei einem Fahrticket Kauf. Ansonsten war das Hotel sauber und gut.Die Dachterrasse hat es wieder rausgeholt.

Gutes Hotel mit schlechten Betten.

Hotel mit guter Lage.Gute saubere relativ moderne Zimmer,allerdings schon in mehreren Zimmern festgestellt,das die Matratzen sehr durchgelegen sind.Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert! Das Frühstück ab 6:00 Uhr ist gut mit einer ordentlichen Auswahl ,allerdings mit 17,80€ sehr überteuert.Parkplätze auf dem Hotelgrundstück kostenlos.

A mon arrivée le samedi soir vers 21h leur restaurant a déjà était fermé. Pire encore, le personnel ne m’a même pas proposé un sandwich our un yaourt à la place d’un dîner.

Die Lage ist zwar etwas abseits, das Zentrum mit der Straßenbahn gut erreichbar. Personal ist freundlich. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber ausreichend eingerichtet; für zwei Personen vielleicht etwas klein.

Große, sauber Zimmer mit originellem Fußboden in der Dusche. Schöne Terrasse mit guter Küche (aber auch stolzem Preis) und schönem Ausblick auf Dresden. Super Frühstücksbuffet. Gut von der Autobahn aus zu erreichen mit reichlich Parkplätzen. Kostenloses funktionierendes W-Lan !

Das Hotel liegt nah an der Autobahn, aber die Zimmer sind ruhig, sauber und Modern eingerichtet. Das Service-Team half und gab uns Tipps wie man mit den Öffentlichen am besten in die Altstadt kommt. ( Hervorragend ) Das Frühstück war ausgiebig und lecker wir kommen sicher wieder.

Good and modern--easy transport access

--Wonderful service in all areas--front desk, restaurant, extra pillow to room --Wonderful restaurant at dinner and breakfast--attentive and friendly service, excellent food, reasonable prices --Easy access from Neustadt train station--we had heavy bags and didn't want to carry them onto a bus, so took a taxi, but the bus and tram access would have been easy.
