The accommodation was clean and simple. It was just the thing we needed for a weekend away. The staff were fantastic and very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Hospitality was brilliant. The only downside was internet wouldn’t connect which wasn’t a problem for us as we were out most of the time. I would definitely recommend a stay here

Excellent place to stay

Our cabin was excellent - roomy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Everything we expected in the cabin was there, and functional. The park itself is just off the main road but it's far enough away from any traffic noise. Our cabin was located in a quite part of the park and we enjoyed the peace and tranquillity. We couldn't find a fault with this accommodation and we had a most enjoyable four day stay stay.

Grandkids get away

The cabin was clean and neat, extra blankets were provided. The TV remote was broken so no TV but we were happy to play card games etc. Bed was comfortable and kids were happy with bunk bed. Staff on arrival very friendly and polite.

It was nice to have two seperate beds and they were comfortable. The duct taped lino floor holes in the bathroom was not a good look and it was okay size for 2 of us it'd be too small for 4 adults. It was clean too.

The facilities were clean. We were allocated a cabin right at rhe back next to the service station so had trucks coming and going which woke us. We noticed there were cabins free further away from the service station. The grounds were poorly kept. The receptionist was nice.

Cabin ok

The cabin is a little tired, but has everything provided. My wife liked the shower, but I found it small and a tornado of water pressure, which is not eco-friendly. The photos make the cabin look bigger. There is no sofa. That all said, we were comfortable and slept well.

Cabins were really old and uncared for, dirty and was glad to leave. Found someone elses clothes in the cupboard and a phone charger wrapped around a chair, disappointing, for the same price i could have gotten a sea view appartement on the Gold Coast

Friendly people on check in. Tidy. The cabins are aging. The hot water system is terrible, either too hot or cold no in between. No door between where kids are and adult sleep. Other than that it was tidy and beds were comfortable and clean. Noise from the fuel station behind disrupted sleep.

The old cabin we were placed in was falling apart, dirty and the beds were atrocious. We travelled across the country and chose your park to stay in, the one thing you expect when paying for accommodation, is at least a decent bed, as that’s what you are there for, to sleep. It wrecked my holiday, and we had no option but to stay with you, as all other accommodation was booked out by the time we had checked in for the first night. It has been almost 2 weeks since I first stayed there, and my back is still sore.

Received a lot of noise (Yelling and screaming) coming from the service station behind the cabin until early hours of the morning. Was then woken early in the morning by the service station delivery trucks and the stench of diesel fuel being delivered. Most of the window locks didn't work or were missing all together

System issues with online pre-payment (not my fault) so no key left in drop box and no access to accommodation. Office closes at 4pm which in my opinion is too early given venue is a 6 hour drive from Perth. I ended up paying twice when it should have been sorted out with the online platform. If management does not want to deal directly with online booking services over issues then they should de-list with them. Terrible experience, never again with this venue.
