"Location was everything for us, just a 5 minute walk to Ninezaka area filled with beautiful streets. Kiyomizu-dera and other temples/ shrines super close by. Only a 15 minute drive to train station and Nishiki Market. Was such a good spot to stay while getting out of Tokyo for a few days. "

"Overall the hotel was excellent! Staff warm and friendly … so helpful as well. They do speak English.
The room was spacious enough and super clean! Amenities included free laundry machines to use, a room to sit and enjoy free coffee and tea. "

"The house was great and in perfect condition.
Great location as it is 3 min from the Inari shrine and close to the train station which is always helpful.
Nothing to complain about except 1 thing: there was no pool table as shown on the photos and we were not told about it. The guy who gave us the keys told us it is being fixed, which is fine but we would have prefered to know beforehand as we were very excited about it.

"This is a lovely hotel! It is short walk from Kyoto station and near many shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and more spacious than many others we’ve stayed in. "
"The room was enormous and very clean. Love the jets in the bath tub for my aching back. The receptionist was very courteous. After staying in a couple of hotels in Japan this one is, by far, the best."
