Absolutely loved my stay at ECHIC Mercure International Hotel! The downtown location is perfect—close to the Canton Fair complex, yet quiet and comfortable for family time. The hotel has a stylish, modern design that really stands out. The front desk team was incredibly warm and welcoming, and check-in was fast and efficient. Our room was spotless and well-appointed, and the thoughtful service throughout made us feel right at home. We're already looking forward to staying here again on our next Canton Fair trip. Excellent stay at this 4-star hotel! Perfect downtown location near the metro—so convenient. The front desk was welcoming and check-in was a breeze. My room was spotless, and the bar was great for evening drinks. Everything I needed for a business trip. Highly recommend!

The rooms were nicely designed and clean but there was a very strong sewing smell which was terrible. Otherwise, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and the location was great!
