It has always been our goal for all guests to experience superb hospitality and tranquil stays. We’re disappointed to know this was not the case for you. Please know that all of our mattresses and bedroom furniture were recently installed just over a month ago and are still in brand new condition. You're welcome to call our resort directly to share any additional details from your stay as we were not made aware of any concerns while you were in-house with us.
