「Elevator chime was more like a gong and kept me up at night because I could hear it as it hit every single floor. Carpet tiles in room coming up and kept tripping over. No humidity exhaust in bathroom so water runs down the walls when you take a shower. 99% sure there's mold somewhere behind the mirror, etc because I'm allergic and couldn't stop sneezing whenever I was in the room. 「The staff was great, helpful and very friendly. The room was adequate, although there were the bare minimum of towels (2 towels, 2 washcloths, 1 bath mat and 1 hand towel). The parking was convenient and secure. We did end up turning on the AC and it worked great. Our room was missing a tv remote, and when we called down to the front desk they brought us another one and tested it to be sure it worked within minutes. 「Check in was fine. Clerk very nice. Room was just okay...very tired looking with the headboard needing a good cleaning and the wall behind that needed painting. Bathroom had a walk in ahower with a sluding glass door. Mold all around inside and out and a lot in the door track at the ends. Gross. Main window looking out....filthy. I would not atay here again. 😒 」
