「The room was clean, breakfast was good with lots of choices. Kris was very helpful with our large party. It goes down hill when Saturday night fire alarm, 11:30pm, had us evacuate. From then on, the elevator was out of order. We're on the 4th flr, no one ever asked if we would like a room change to a lower floor. It would have been nice if someone from the hotel reached out to ask how we were or gave us an option. I will never stay here again because no one made an attempt to reach out to any of...

「As it appears, the place was renovated in recent years: everything was clean and functioned well. Also the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is free and close to your room. The location is near to Singer Island and the small downtown of Lake Park.」

「They need to Improve pool area not enough room for guest to sit. Ordered Pizza at $18.00 medium size came out cold not cooked . Waited 2 hour in dining room for food to come to the table Outside dining area was infested with no CM bugs biting midge couldn’t even finish eating.」
