Staff were great when I needed to interact. Room was small but perfect for me. Being right next to reception meant it was a little loud at times esp during breakfast, but I’d certainly stay again

8/10 Very Good! (1,000 reviews)
Location is good, convenient to access bus or subway. A lot of dining options close by. But the cleanliness of the hotel is not good. Dirty stain on room light buttons, dirty floor etc. One day the cleaning staff left a bag of garbage on my room table while she should have taken it away. Room beddings were said to change every other day but weren’t changed for the three days we were there.
