"The hotel facilities are great. Near the subway station; easy access. I think the only problem I had was that the housekeeping was inconsistent. At times everything was cleaned up but sometimes dirty cups were just left without being touched. Left us abit confused on what are expectations we should be having during the stay."

"This hotel is easy to find although it is up a hill if you come from the Heohyeon subway station. Check-in is very easy and they have an elevator! The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a small restaurant next door that offers a free coffee with your meal if you stay there. I found the chicken tacos to be delicious. "
