"We had a fantastic 3 night stay. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from Myeongdong metro station, in a bustling area full of shops, bars, restaurants and street vendors. It's busy and a there's a lot going on, but we felt safe and enjoyed walking around in the evenings. You can walk to Gyeonbokgung, and even the cable car is only 10-15 minutes walk.
The hotel was great. The staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful and considerate. The room was well-appointed, clean, bright and comfortable. Breakfast is served on the 21st floor, great views and a good selection of food.
We paid a little extra to have access to the guest lounge. What a way to end the day, enjoying a drink and watching the sun going down. "
"This hotel was in a great location for my purposes. It gave me easy access to transportation via subway, Uber, or just walking. Food and dining options were plentiful around the area. Hotel had breakfast buffet I used twice while on my 6-day trip. It was convenient for lazy mornings. I appreciated the self-service laundry facility in the building. It meant I didn't have to over pack clothes. Airport limousine right outside the hotel was also great. All staff were wonderful. Everyone was nice and welcoming. I have no issues recommending this property. "
"I stayed at the Lotte City Hotel and overall had a good experience. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around the area and close to restaurants and transportation. The hotel is comfortable and works well for a city stay.
On the downside, the single beds felt a bit too firm for my taste, and the carpet cleanliness could be improved. Aside from that, everything was fine, and I would recommend it for its location and practicalit"
"A great hotel for short stay visitors. Clean with more than adequate facilities. Nice minimalist rooms. Bathroom great with high-end bidets but mit much elbow room for two. Shower tub may need more handrails for the elderly and disabled. Thermostat did not work on our last night of stay. Conveniently near Myeondong Station exit 3, 7, 8, 9 and 10. "
"the hotel is a bit old but great location...right in the Myeongdong shopping street with many restaurants around.. and a few minutes walking from exit 8 Myeongdong station.."
"For a third class hotel, one cannot fault, but as it advertises itself to be a four star, it is disappointing for clearly it is not. As long as you go without expecting four star quality you should enjoy the hotel. "
