"David and Sara at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful! Carlos at the pool bar was superb! The pool was only crowded 1 day out of our 7 day stay! The restaurant had delicious food! The coffee shop had wonderful pastries! Room was wonderful! Only thing to note: hotel isn’t in downtown Panama City, some tour operators wanted extra $$$ for pickup."

"David the manager welcomed us, he and his staff were very attentive the whole stay, and informative about the wildlife. Watching the birds was very relaxing, and the bonus was a Sloth sighting. Unfortunately we had rain for a day so that cramped the exploring abit. Kayaking on the nearby lake was peaceful"
