"Convenient location just 8mns from the train station. We also found good restaurants just minutes away and the Matsumoto castle is close by as well as the YAYOI KUSAMA Museum. Rooms are on the small side and plastic shower cabin adjacent to the toilet are not typically associated with hotels in this price range. Breakfast had a good array of Japanese food choices and some western options too. Staff is very friednly an helpful. Onsen is quite nice with a hot bath inside and another outside. There is a cold pool and a sauna."

"Very nice hotel close to the train station incredible staff probably the high point of the stay... even gave us early check-in note that the breakfast says Buffet but it is already served on a plate and is very typically Japanese think all you can eat rice a piece of mackerel a couple of meatballs some rolled eggs that sort of thing very adequate but definitely not! Of buffet like I expected and have experienced in other places in Japan once again the staff are just incredible: very nice and adequate."

"Booked very last minute and paid more than i planned but it was actually worth it. Its a traditional Japanese style hotel. Slippers / socks only once arrive. Free ramen at night and soft drinks. Rooms are exceptionally well equipped with no noise disturbance. Staff very helpful and welcoming and only 5mins walk from station and a wide variety of restaurants. Didnt use the pool or breakfast but both seemed very popular. And you get traditional pj’s to wear whilst in public areas and your room"
