"The hotel is well situated in the microcentre, with most places of interest within easy walking distance. Our room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. However our overall impression was that the hotel feels "tired" and would benefit from a refurbishment. The photos of the hotel are clever and somewhat flattering, the reality is less glamorous. The rooftop bar, swimming pool area and entrance lobby are all much smaller than they appear. Whilst quite large, our room described as a suite, was very basic by way of amentities. No plug in the sink or bath (what is the point of a bath without a plug ???), no flannel provided for washing, and no kettle to make a hot drink., there was a USD2 charge for water in the mini bar. Overall, I would say the hotel warrants a reasonable 3 star or 6 out of 10 rating. "

"This is a great place for not a lot of money which is right downtown and has everything you need right on Paraguay Ave. You can either pay $300 a night for a hotel, or pay less than $100 here, and still get a great breakfast, a super-clean room, and walk to everything you need. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful property in a great location! The spa was amazing! I had wonderful massages! Rocio at the concierge desk was so very helpful! She was always so kind with any questions or recommendations I needed! Guadeloupe at the front desk was amazing as well! She was so accommodating in any of my requests! The bar staff was also wonderful! Especially Reval the bartender who made our trip extra special! Great experience! Highly recommend staying here! "
