Good stay

Located in the business district of Buenos Aires but close to tourist downtown. The room was unusually spacious (I booked the cheapest available). Enjoyable stay. The only negative comment is worn out shower equipment, plus the bathroom floor was flooded after every use of the shower.

A única coisa boa foi a localização, perto dos principais pontos turísticos. Limpeza péssima, deixou muito a desejar, o banheiro cheirava xixi. O café da manhã tinha boas opções mas não era organizado. Não recomendo.

Gran decepcion en las camas y condicion de habitac

Buen hotel. Me sorprendio que el colchon de mi cama estaba muy, muy, muy vencido y viejo, totalmente hundido. Como es posible que todavia lo utilicen? No pude dormir la primer noche por lo que pedi que lo cambiaran. Me lo cambiaron, pero lo pusieron ennotra habitacion y me trajeron otro que no estaba tan viejo. Le comente a la Concierge, me pidio disculpas y me comento que no tienen contemplado comprar nuevos colchones, que no esta ese concepto en el presupuesto. Esos colchones deberian de haber sido cambiados hace muchos años, no solo en este año. No comprendo como un hotel de la categoria del NH Collection tenga colchones que ni hoteles de una estrella en lugares pequeños siguen utilizando. Es un gran engaño para los clientes que pagamos una tarifa de categoria NH Collection y no recibimos una cama de hotel de UNA ESTRELLA. Es una gran verguenza para la cadena de hoteles NH.

Très facile de trouver mieux !!!

Le NH Lancaster de Buenos Aires ne correspond en rien aux standards attendus et revendiqués par la marque, et encore moins à ceux d’un « NH Collection ». Une chambre avec des meubles tristounets donne sur un vaste et sinistre parking, ce qui réduit considérablement l’attrait d’une chambre avec balcon. Le petit-déjeuner, en décalage manifeste avec les exigences de la marque NH Collection, constitue une réelle déception. Bien que le personnel se montre courtois, l’expérience demeure insatisfaisante. Servi dans une sinistre salle en sous-sol, éclairées de manière violente et qui apparait être une ancienne salle de réunion reconvertie, il ne répond aucunement aux critères de qualité attendus pour un établissement de cette supposée catégorie. Enfin, la politique de late check-out illustre parfaitement les incohérences de l’établissement et un étrange sens du service. Une prolongation de deux heures est facturée 39 dollars, alors même que le tarif d’une nuit complète est inférieur à 100 dollars. Face à cette proposition, nous avons préféré patienter dans le hall de l’hôtel, où il nous a même été refusé le prêt d’un adaptateur afin de recharger nos téléphones. En conclusion, cet hôtel ne répond pas aux attentes associées à la marque NH. Il apparaît nettement surévalué et présente un intérêt très limité. Pour une expérience plus conforme aux exigences de qualité de l’enseigne, le NH Collection Centro Histórico constitue une alternative bien plus recommandable.

No tiene estacionamiento ni resuelven el problema. No tiene el spa funcionando. No tiene piscina. El desayuno es riquisimo, abundante y variado. Hay opciones sin TACC. La bienvenida está muy bien, pero me dieron una suite inferior a la que reserve y me cobraron (reserve a Suit de 50 m2 y me dieron la suite junior de 32 m2). Insistieron mucho en que era la misma, pero no lo era (estan las fotos en expedia). El resto muy bien. Linda decoracion.
