「The lobby receptionists and the hotel’s internal staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. In contrast, there was quite a noticeable difference in attitude compared to the staff at the hotel shuttle point (parking area). If you are not renting a car, I would recommend booking the hotel’s tour packages directly. The shuttle point is some distance from Wadi Rum village (about a 20-minute drive), and the transfer from the shuttle point(parking area) to the hotel itself...

「The check in process took a little longer than I expected. Overall the stay was Ok but not super. The food was mediocre and on the expensive side, especially dinner.」

「Egyedi a hely fekvése. Nem csoda, hogy itt forgattak több hollywoodi filmet, mint a Star Wars és az Aladdin. A közelben semmi nincs, teljes a csend, és a nyugalom. A pihenést semmi nem zavarta. A csillagokban rég nem tudtam így gyönyörködni. A sátor panoráma kilátásos volt, és a felszereltsége mesebeli. Biztos, hogy el fogok még ide jönni. 」

「Fantasztikus élmény, fantasztikus emberek, finom helyi ételek, a vezetőnk kiváló és jól beszél angolul. Mindenkinek bátran ajánlom őket. A látogatóközpont próbálja a túrákat lenyúlni, nem fogadd el, hivd a szállást és ott kezdj. Velük lehet egyeztetni mindenről. Kijönnek eléd és bevisznek a szállásra. Ha kocsival vagy ingyenes a parkoló, ott letudod tenni. Kiváló és nagyon ajánlom!!! Star camp a neve nem nights star.」

「L'hébergement est un peu à l'écart de la zone protégée de Wadi Rum, mais le site est magnifique.」

「The tent is extremely simple, No WIFI and electricity only comes after 7 pm. Although there's mosquito net but it didn't work. The extra paid tour arranged by hotel to desert is amazing, it's a must. The dinner is extra paid buffet and there's live traditional music and dancing, it was fun. Overall it's a good experience.」

「That was one of the worst nights I ever spent in a camp. The room was smelly, and they refused to change it even when I offered to pay, instead they provided an air perfume which didn't help much TBH. And the dinner was awful, options were poor and taste bad, specially the main dish, Zarb! This night ruined our trip!」
