"The staff was very kind, especially the young red headed woman. Didn't get her name, but she was extremely nice. Parking was nice, very clean rooms, and breakfast was on point. Thanks for your hospitality!!!"
"The Derby Inn was a great place to stay in Hot Springs. The rooms were charming, clean and easy to access with an all-electronic check in process. Highly recommend!"
"The room met expectations. The area was central to all the things we wanted to do. Even though central, it still felt like we were tucked away in the mountains being surrounded by trees. My only complaint is that the property says it's smoke-free, which really only means the rooms are free. You could not walk out of your room or anywhere around the property without your nostrils and lungs being assaulted by the smell of smoke. I would not stay here again unless they enforced a better policy on smoking around the property."
Embassy Suites by Hilton at Hot Springs Convention Center
10/10 Excellent
"Booked a corner room using expedia, when we checked in the corner room was no longer available. The front desk staff did not know what happened! I KNOW WHAT HAPPENED! I worked the front desk at a large hotel while in college."
"Stay was okay overall. Nice review from the hotel. Great and central location. Limited but free parking available. Staff was kind and helpful. The bathroom could be cleaner"
"Las habitaciones están muy limpias y no parecen viejas, pero el resto de hotel deja mucho que desear (pasillos, ascensor, etc) estaban bastante deteriorados y sucios"
