There was nothing unique about the property. The room was very outdated. Water stains on the ceiling, the carpet was dirty and the room had a smell of mildew. The sheets and towels look dingy and yellowish. I would not recommend it.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay here! We were in town for my sister's graduation. It wasn't pristinely clean but I am very picky as well with things like that so take that into consideration lol. I felt comfortable and safe enough to sleep though with no worries about bugs or anything. The bed was comfy and the room had everything we needed! Breakfast was so good and so was the coffee 👍 you can't say that about every hotel and staff was friendly and helpful. It was so close to everything and everywhere we needed to go. I also personally preferred this hotel because its more motel style with being able to park right where your room is instead of going down halls. There are no elevators though so if youre elderly, disabled, or can't walk stairs very well you should definitely get a ground floor room... overall good expierence and if im ever in the area again I'd be happy to stay here!

The person arranged the breakfast was amazing! (Wendy)Great person! We did not know we had to ask to have our room cleaned. Then they cleaned it and replaced the bedding, the top sheet they put on the king size bed was a "RAG", the sheet was so shredded! Unreal!! This is the second time we have stayed at Best Western on our trips to Joplin! No Elevator, we were placed on the second floor. We are truly seniors!! We have dedcided not to use Best Western again!!

This is a great place to stop overnight. It seems popular with travelers with trailers, large loads etc. as you can park right outside your room. Also a perfect place with a dog, with immediate outside access. Clean and comfortable. Price was better during the week than on a Friday night.

The staff were absolutely sweet and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. One thing: i would totally suggest getting a room UPSTAIRS. We had upstairs neighbors that were rather heavy footed and liked slamming doors, etc. Absolutely no fault of the motel. Everyone on staff was super sweet and GREAT breakfast! Would definitely stay again.

Under the bed hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. Water tends to run across the floor from the shower no matter how careful you are. Clean other wise.

The room was very clean and what I seen of the property was all clean and well maintained. The 2 girls at the check in desk were very friendly and made check in and out very easy. The breakfast was fantastic and ao was the lady in charge of it. If I find myself back in Joplin for work, I will definitely stay again.

Having reserved a sweet, expected some separation between the bed and the couch. It was all one room and the bath was tiny. Probably use another chain next time I'm in Joplin next month

Best Western Stole My Money &Refused Me Service
I just wanted to inform the public of a flaw in the system. Due to ice and snow causing issues with traveling back and forth to work, I booked a 3 night hotel stay using this site/app. I drove from Carthage to Joplin Missouri to the Best Western Hotel Oasis located 3508 S. RANGELINE RD. I got to the office and I was refused the service that I had booked. I was told that they don't rent rooms to locals. I explained to her I lived in Carthage and worked in Joplin and I did not want to miss work. Roads were slick and dangerous. They refused to let me stay. I ended up sleeping in my car and almost freezing to death. I called other places but I had already paid them and didn't have anymore money. BEST WESTERN OASIS DOESN'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT CUSTOMERS, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN LEAVE YOU OUT IN THE COLD. 😡😡😡😡😡
