"For a 1 night pit stop this apartment was fine. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and good lounge/kitchen space. There was a washing machine but no tumble dryer.
Communication via WhatsApp was efficient and they were very responsive.
Swimming pool was shared between all the RF Princess tower blocks and looked amazing but we didn't have time to take a dip.
There is so much building work going around there as they're building a 3rd block (with 3 towers) as part of the complex and also for the new border train link. Didn't bother us too much but our Seaview Bay apartment could see the sea to the East and construction. Felt mislead as photos showed Causeway and sea with West sunset views.
We were on foot arriving at JB Sentral and found a link bridge through to the Mall. There was another bridge to get across to the complex which was impossible to find the entrance to, so we then ended up on the road trying to find the entrance to our block. Once we (finally) got there it was easy to follow the instructions to get the key and head up. We then found the bridge link from by the pool back across to the mall which made it much quicker to get around (but you would need your key to get to your apartment via the lifts).
The area had lots of restaurants along by the Opera House overlooking the Causeway, plus the Mall.
All good for our 1 night and to get a taste of JB."
"Very responsive staff to help with everything in the home. Down sides to consider are- only one key card so that makes going out separately challenging.
Laundry area was really good...clothes dry super fast after washing. detergent provided. Helpful host that provided mosquito repellent when we complaint of bites after 1st night stay
Location excellent within walking distance to KSL and many food places around"
"I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your esteemed establishment, the Amari Hotel. Firstly, hands up to your breakfast buffet spread. Daily change in the Asian cuisine menu. Accessible to good eateries and stone throw away to shopping malls. I would like to commend the excellent functioning of the air conditioning system. It maintained a pleasantly cold temperature throughout my stay, which contributed greatly to the comfort of my visit. Additionally, the room assigned to us was notably spacious. This ample space allowed my son plenty of room to play freely, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The room also featured a balcony, which offered a delightful outdoor area to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The bathroom was equipped with basic amenities and included a bathtub, which provided added convenience and comfort during our stay. Most importantly, I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom facilities. The high standard of hygiene truly stood out and reflected the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Staffs were all courteous, polite and friendly from the concierge, security and front counter. In summary, the room at Amari Hotel fit perfectly with our needs, and I would not hesitate to recommend your establishment to others or to return in the future.
(Booked for 2 nights grand deluxe King room but was upgraded to Junior suite & extended for another 1 night)"
