"Room wasn’t clean, there was left over hair all over the floor. No towels or wash cloths. Room wasn’t ready in at check in. Smelled like smoke in a non-smoking room."

"I have stayed in a lot of hotels, even other Red Roof Inn's hit this by far was the absolute worse one. I asked for joining rooms, didn’t get it. The front entrance area smelled awful. The front girl was nice but that was it. Here's a list of just some things wrong with this hotel: 1. Rooms were completely disgusting. We switched rooms because of dirtiness all to get even another dirty two rooms. They smelled of mold. I went to the store and got bleach to wipe things down. It did nit help. Between the curry smell, the mold and the dirtyness of the rooms, it was unbearable. 2. All linens were dirty and stained. It looked like the previous person there, the lines were left. Towels filfty, sheets had pee, blood and other stains on them. 3. Heat didnt work. You turned it on and the burning pee smell was horrible. We had no heat. 4. Bathtubs were filfty. Looks like they have never been cleaned. 5. Patched up holes in all the walls. Some of the floor was even missing. 6. Some of the outlets didn’t work. 7. Lamps full of dust. 8. Landline phone didn’t work at all. You couldn't dial the front desk if you wanted to. 9. Cockroaches on the floor. A couple were dead, a couple more alive. 10. Bullet holes in one of the rooms on the wall. 11. Refrigerator so dirty. 12. Dried blood on the lampshades. This hotel should be condemned. It is absolutely the worst hotel i have ever seen in my life. The area itself is ok and close to the highway but do not stay here ever."

"Their cleaning lady is sick so we haven't had a cleaning for 3 weeks. Once we were able to grab the vacuum but the 2nd time we couldn't. Staff is super nice. This place fits our needs so no worries. "

"Everything seemed nice and clean at first glance. Once in the room, it was small. Not a ton of space to put your bags. Luckily we both had a small overnight bag so didn’t need much room. The walls are THINNNNN. You could hear everything. Someone dropped something a room over, definitely could hear it. Conversation at a regular level in the hallway could be heard from the bed. There’s no lock on the bathroom door. It just slides closed. It was close to the funny bone so we decided to stay here. We didn’t hate it but we likely wouldn’t stay again. There’s no microwave or coffee maker. We paid for the breakfast but you had to go to the front desk and put in an order. We didn’t find that out until the next morning. Everything had prices like we still had to pay. We could have found someone and asked but it felt like a hassle. Maintenance left some tools n stuff in our room, not a huge deal. Bartender seemed nice. When coming back to the room around 1am we had to be let in by the front desk because the room key wouldn’t work at the door. Front desk person could see we had our hands full but she was on the phone having a personal conversation. Check in and out was very easy. Day time people were very pleasant. "
