"The hot tub was amazing, and the staff was great and very helpful."

"This hotel is not in the best area and is in disrepair. Our room deadbolt did not lock. There were holes in the doors and it looked like the door had been kicked in before. The door jam was bent. There were shady people standing around outside in the parking lot. The other guests down our hall were loud and there were loud cars driving in and out all night. Would not recommend. I will not be staying here again. "

"I loved the layout of the room. The lobby was very inviting with a bar, ample seating, gas fire place, and pool table. We didn't use the pool (didn't think to bring bathing suit), and if it had been warmer, they had a nice outdoor lounge area that would make a nice place to relax."

"Staff were excellent especially Amy! There was no venting in the bathroom and mold on the ceiling, I was not aware the hot tub was down until after check in. There were no towels in pool area. "

"Only one elevator worked and the down button on the sixth floor didn’t work. Elevator was shared by guests and service staff all day. So long waits, long lines, and multiple trips. "
