"So it was our wedding anniversary 1st weekend in March and I was trying to do something nice and relaxing, when we checked in it was after 10pm the staff didn't greet us just ask for ID and credit card and gave us the keys to the room, didn't even let us know what time breakfast would be served or anything like that. My husband went to breakfast, and it was some mini croissants, English muffins and bread and some orange juice. The gym didn't even have a treadmill in it, the spa/pool was in another building which you had to either walk to or drive and of course its wintertime. I had called to inquire about couples massage and i was told they only have 1 massage therapist. The only thing I enjoyed was the room, it was very spacious, I chose the one with the fireplace. I liked the peacefulness of the area also. "

"The place smelled good, room was a bit tight but clean and nice. Staff was very nice but the food was not good. They need to have a kitchen cook the food it was very blah and tasted frozen and warmed up. But would recommend this place."

"First we are a family and traveled with 5 kids. The pool was WARM, we LOVE that! The BAD part of the pool is the so called “lifeguards” , not on the same page one night my kids could use their soft water ball the next nope it’s an issue. One of the lifeguards stayed on her laptop and phone the whole time barely looked up at the pool that at one point was FULL of kids! Why be there then? Now to the room. It was perfect for what we paid for. Nothing special but no complaints other than windows so t open at a for fresh air. The guy at front desk was very nice. The elevator took forever and was a bit sketchy. We would come back again though! "
