"It is a beautiful hotel and very well maintained. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. We checked in late, but the valet was still available. It cost $60 to valet park overnight, but there is also a public parking garage across the street. The neighborhood around the hotel seems clean enough and I never felt unsafe. I would definitely stay herr again."

"Upon arrival I was greeted by Isabel who was so kind from the time I arrived to the time I left. Later that first day I met Duncan & he was such a ray of sunshine throughout my whole stay. He went above and beyond every time I had a question or an ask. His customer service is 10/10 & he seemed so genuinely glad to be there. He gave off such good vibes! My room was clean & exactly what I needed during my solo stay. I’ll definitely be back! :)"

"The first time I stayed at this hotel, everything was great - The staff, breakfast and comfortable. This second stay the staff were kind and greeted us upon entry, but the towels were not all that clean (they had hair on them) and when we went to check out staff were a little rude. Those were the only downfalls."

"Self parking was available on-site in a basement garage. Very tight parking even for smaller vehicles. Being tired from a day of driving, I managed to scratch the side of my vehicle on one of the support columns. Apparently, on-street parking is available, but I would probably be uncomfortable with that, also."
