"The hotel is centrally located downtown. Staff upgraded us to top floor for only $10 more - very spacious room with large adjoining sitting area. Beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel manager was incredibly kind, compassionate, and helpful. During our stay, my mother was involved in an accident, and our flight was not until midnight. I asked the manager if there was any way he could find a room where my mother could rest during the day. Even though the hotel was fully booked, he went out of his way to help us. After making every effort, he was able to arrange a room for us for a small additional fee so that my mother could lie down and recover before our flight. His kindness and willingness to help during such a difficult time meant a great deal to our family. We are truly grateful for his outstanding customer service and compassion. Thank you for making a stressful situation much easier for us."

"If you’re a tap to pay person, bring your physical cards. they don’t have tap. Other than that, everything else is great!! The bar is a really neat area to chill at. The thai food place that’s located in it is decent as well. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and decent."

"Ceiling in bathroom was worn and had paint peeling. Low water pressure for the shower other than that property was nice. Some sort of construction or repairs were going on next store though till 12 midnight but we were up pretty late so it didnt bother us."

"We spent 5 days at Hotel Lucia. Overall our stay was nice. The hotel is downtown and well located, easy to reach by public transportation. Clean room and hotel, friendly staff. The only major complaint is that we paid extra for Continental Breakfast for our stay and I think that people in the lobby had more options for coffee than we did in the deserted breakfast room, with our old cup of Joe and wrapped-up hard bagel. Ramada Inn breakfast is more luxurious... After a poor experience on day 1, we had breakfast elsewhere every day, and on a longer stay this is not ideal. Not sure why breakfast is offered, as I think the hotel experience would be better without it. They do have a nice happy hour in the lobby every day. But I would have preferred breakfast."
