1. room not as advertised. *Felt discriminatory* because we were given a room in B wing, while A wing is fully functional with good air conditioning even in the corridors. old rooms with bad air conditioning and restroom and floor of the room is impossible to stand for 5 mins 2. The room was clean but not many amenities. tiny fridge no freezer. Reminded me of a motel 6 if I’m being honest I guess I was just a little surprised and the breakfast was not what I expected either it’s a huge eating area you would think they would have hot foods but it was just quick items no hot meat or eggs. Probably won’t be coming back unfortunately.

La ubicación es buena. Tiene justo enfrente una estación del tren MAX que te ayuda a moverte en la ciudad con facilidad. Las habitaciones están limpias y el staff es amable. Es un edificio de 3 pisos por lo que pagar extra por una vista a la ciudad NO VALE LA PENA. El destino es continental FRÍO lo que significa que no hay huevos, ni tocino, ni nada caliente a excepción de los wafles. Hay bagels, pan, jamón, granola, yogurt, wafles, manzanas, mandarinas, plátanos, café y jugos. Es una buena opción en precio y habitaciones nada lujoso pero cumple muy bien. Pero en lo personal si me gusta el desayuno continental completo con huevo revuelto caliente, con ovino, salchichas y esas cosas. Esta reserva me salió mucho más barata que un AIRB&B y no compartes espacio con nadie. Repito que el staff fue MUY amable todo el tiempo.

The front desk staff was incompetent and extremely slow. The hotel parking is a rip off. The parking lot has signs everywhere stating that you need to pay at the kiosk for parking. I paid at the kiosk, and then the hotel desk made me pay again because the parking kiosk parking ended at midnight. The hotel lobby had a mass of ants near the seating area. The one bed in the room was so bad that I could not sleep on it. When I tried to lay on it, it literally sunk in such a way that is shoved me off the bed, My son and I ended up having to share the other not so comfortable bed, so that I could get a little sleep. The breakfast at the hotel was limited with the only hot items being make your own waffles and bagel or toast. The person who was running the dining room was the only bright spot during breakfast. They were very on top of keeping the dining room clean and the breakfast area stocked.

Location is great. I have stayed at this hotel every year for about 10 years. The place is starting to look a bit shabby and needs some attention/updates. Breakfast was handy and fine. Staff was helpful.

The staff was great and the location is nice for work. But this place is in serious need of updating. We are talking about some things from the 1980's, maybe even the 70's. popcorn ceiling, the microwave was so noisy and very dated. Coffee maker worked.... sometimes. Hallway paint from the 80's. We were here for a convention, and that was convenient, but it would be nice if that place got a reboot.

There was a fight and an arrest the first night my husband stayed here. He packed his stuff up and didn't go back. Didn't even request a refund it wasn't worth it!
