「Staff were very polite - but at check-in would have appreciated being told about amenities, eg breakfast, bar times , food, pool … instead nothing .. just given key to room and asked for card - i had to ask everything and was given very vague information. I’m sure its not normal protocol as most are probably return customer - but it would be nice to be offered information instead of having to ask everything … 」

「There’s no fridge in rooms. Shower only and it is not enclosed. Lighting in room is terrible. 」

「Great kitchen with all appliances but also staples like flour and other supplies for use in cooking/baking. I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint.」
