"My friends and I stayed 3 nights and everything was wonderful. The ladies at check in were very kind and made us feel like very special guests every night. "Remember your converter !!! As a solo female traveler I wanted something safe, nice and walkable to cool places. This place was perfect. The room was great but the location was perfect, you are right at Insadong cultural street. Is mostly on the weekends, but they have everything there: food, makeup, souvenirs, bars, etc. super convenient. Because is very central, I walked to the palaces and the square from there no issues and there is a nice temple right across. MyengDong was too much for me, this is a calmer version of that."
"Staff were pleasant and helpful. We were able to buy washing powder in single packs from the desk which was handy.
The room was very clean and the bins and towels were serviced daily with the beds changed every two days.
For two people the suite was pretty spacious. The appliances (hair dryer, microwave, washing machine and dryer) all worked well.
Best part was the location. Close enough to two stations of the different lines we needed, it was also easy to wander back from places like Gyeongbokgung Palace.
I’d definitely stay again. "
"The best hotel in Seoul for sure and possibly all of South Korea.
Staff is super friendly and always ready to go the extra mile to help you.
The overall aesthetic is amazing and the rooms are very luxurious, comfortable and spacious."
"Room was quiet, clean, and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and the location of the hotel was great. Nearby to a lot of the main sightseeing locations. "
"The staff was so helpful! The rooms were very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The location is also great. Right by so many cultural sites and in the midst of many different restaurants and great coffee shops. It’s also located very close to the subway and bus lines. I recommend it highly!"
"The staff is the only reason I gave it a five. Lee at the reception is amazing and very accommodating. He went out of his way to speak to our taxi driver about transportation arrangements. The room is clean but could use some improvement. The room is average but Lee is great."
