A reasonably good hotel except for the front staff being greedy and wanting to charge me for a full day stay for checking in three hours early. He was more interested in pushing for me to pay for extras rather than getting me a room after 24 plus hours traveling. "

"The driver who took me to the airport, was a pain in the neck insisting on tip. I had no cash and yhe guy was very insisting, a hassle. The hotel should train this people not to bug customers after paying inr 1200 for a 5 min ride"

"I had to extend my stay by two days due to flight cancellations caused by the Iran War. I mistakenly hit the extend button three times for the same reservation. It was clear to all that a single person would not make three reservations for the same days. Anyway, the hotel refused to refund the mistaken and duplicated reservations. Therefore, I cannot recommend this hotel, which clearly does not value its customers. I will never stay there again or at any hotel owned or operated by this conglomerate."
