"The location is absolutely stunning, first of all. But the two running the hostel are some of the nicest and coolest people ive ever met. They speak English well and theyve been so helpful with whats around the area as well as all around Taiwan. They have international power sockets too, which makes it easy to charge right away. Since it was an old house, sound isolation was really bad, facilities looks a bit fragile, and toilet can get smily easily. Not a big problem for a family or close friends though."

"This is a very beautiful B&B. It is in a prime location. Very close to bus stop. Right in the heart of Juifen old street. Looks beautiful. Lot of tourist take pictures in front of this B&B. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. My kids loved their stay here. They even gave us free breakfast for four. If I travel to Taiwan again will definitely go to Juifen and stay here again."

"This is a great place in Jiufen. Nice view, next to a main street, so yes there are some stairs but considering the amount of stairs in Jiufen, this is a doable situation. There is no breakfast, just a comfortable place to stay. Views and pictures are accurate. "

"This hotel is very small and cute. The location at the end of Jiufen Old Street is great. It rained while we were there and the hotel did feel humid and damp. Also, the bathroom is separated by a curtain, not a door. Just FYI in case you are staying with friends!"

"The room was a little small but had an excellent view and a great bathroom. It was also well located. What we didn’t really like sharing the breakfast room with the owners dogs walking in and out. The dogs food and water bowls were beside the table where we sat, we didn’t really like that. Also would have liked a couple of different options for breakfast instead of a set menu."
