「Everything was perfect. Room was good, breakfast was good. Only bad thing is that website names for the different Holiday Inn Express locations were not specific enough. We had to go to 3 properties to find the correct one!」

「Staying a week in a hotel can bitter opinions in most people. Missing the comfort of home. Not at this hotel. The staff wouldn’t let it. Ms. Moon was WONDERFUL to us. We need more people like her spread out through the world. All of the staff deserves recognition for their kindness, their respect, attention to our safety, and their enthusiastic desire to help. The breakfast could use some “pepping” up. Other than that, when in Jacksonville again, I will definitely stay here. 」
