"I stayed at “Bally Towers “ Not the “Dennis Tower”I liked the fact that it was on the boardwalk. It was close to Tanger shopping, restaurants & at night the boardwalk was nice & lit which makes you feel safe to sit outside & enjoy the view & people passing by. The room was nice & clean. The bed & pillows were very comfortable."

"All good, except this week’s check-in wasn’t nearly as welcoming as last week when I had the most wonderful, personable, experienced person check me in. It made a fantastic first impression. However, when I checked in yesterday, the associates all had coats on, didn’t smile, and didn’t seem happy to be there. The jacket thing was weird. Please make it a little warmer in there so associates don’t have coats on. Also, please have your associates smile and appear happy and excited that we are there. Great hotels that know hospitality understand that an upbeat, pleasant first impression goes a very long way toward guest satisfaction."
