"Room was a good size. Tall ceilings and big windows. Very dog friendly. All the staff I encountered were wonderful. The curtains in my room were old. Walking distance to good restaurants. The pool should be bigger and pool area too. Not enough space and lounge chairs. There were allot of families with allot of children at the pool every day. There is wait staff and food service at the pool- big plus. The only negative is the valet parking. They want $70-$90 a night for a jeep or larger, and the parking isn’t even covered. It’s a lot behind the hotel. Do street parking one block up. It only $18/day. Overall i enjoyed my week. I would stay again."
Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa

"The property was wonderful. Room was clean and the housekeeping was very attentive. There were plenty of food options from breakfast, lunch and dinner; but the main outside pool was closed for 2 days while I was there. As a remedy we could use the outside adults only pool at MGM Towers but they were all booked for 2 days. The outside pool and cabana at The Borgata is a major amenity and I was disappointed that it wasn't available. We made the best of it and went to the inside pool , which is the family pool and hot tub. I would still stay again as everything else was lovely."
