We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great, safe location (police station literally right next door). Very spacious, newly renovated suites. Room was very clean and comfortable. Complementary breakfast was great with a good selection of fresh food options. Only real complaints were the extremely slow elevators and the pool area could use some updating. But neither of those minor issues would deter us from staying here again in the future.

The property was clean, close to all the things I needed for my trip. The only experience I would say was disappointing was the check in. The staff was very nonchalant and can use more training on informing customers of what’s near, things available at the hotel and most importantly just pointing in the right direction to basic things such as the elevator.

I’m so glad we chose this property to stay. They accommodated my dog. The rooms were so clean & the staff was so nice. My daughter loved the pool & it’s In a nice part of town. I highly recommend this property as a place to stay.

Hotel room was great and spacious. The only downside was the renovations happening when we stayed there, the gym not working, and the pool was a little cold but otherwise everything was wonderful.

Great location if you are looking to attend an event at MetLife Stadium or go shopping at American Dream. Hotel was clean. They were remodeling when we were there so there were a few areas of the hotel that were closed off. Great service at front desk.

the hotel is under contruction. it is a pet friendly, so prepared for all the dog noise, and the condition of the hotel is unsafe. we are on the third floor 309, it is under contruction. It is super dirty, I never ever stay in a 3 stars hotel with this level of dirty. Please stay away if you can.

Good location with Panera Bread and Aldi adjacent. Hotel has easy parking and is overall well kept. Good amenities with basketball court sauna, gym and pool. Room are spacious and a kitchenette making it very kid friendly. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again. If planning on visiting Nickelodeon studios I would recommend using your personal car as bus connections seem cumbersome.

Great find and location
This property is going through a major renovation. Room are great, nice pool and breakfast. A little strip mall and Krispy Kreme donuts are adjacent to the property. Mall of America and NYC Times square are very close. Will definitely stay again. No problems. Highly recommend.
